These Terms of Business govern the relationship between Dawn to Dusk Recruitment Agency ("the Agency") and our clients and candidates ("you"). By utilizing our services, you agree to these terms in full.
The Agency acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment solutions within the healthcare and childcare sectors. We pre-screen, vet, and introduce candidates to clients for direct employment.
We engage in 360-degree compliance checks on all candidates. However, the final employment decision and ensuring a candidate meets all legal requirements out of our scope remains the responsibility of the employing client.
Introduction fees are strictly applicable when a candidate introduced by the Agency is engaged or employed by the client. Detailed fee structures and payment terms are outlined in the direct client service agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate information, client operational details, and proprietary business practices shared during the recruitment process.
The Agency accepts no liability for any loss, expense, damage, or delay arising from the introduction or subsequent engagement of any candidate we present.
